U03 oil level is a sensor device that uses ultrasonic detection technology to measure the height of oil and liquid substances without contact. Compared with traditional detection equipment, U03 oil level has high measurement accuracy and easy use. It can be installed externally (without destroying the container structure) and can be connected to networked equipment to realize network monitoring and management. The ultrasonic fuel quantity monitoring sensor is designed to optimize the mode of tank vehicle monitoring, and can also output more stable data for other liquids loaded on the vehicle.

Remarks:
(1) The higher the power supply, the lower the current.
(2) Normal temperature and humidity, 1 standard atmospheric pressure, the measured liquid is 0# diesel oil, and other liquids need to be explained when ordering.
(3) The target container has a wall thickness of 5mm, aluminum material, and 50~100cm diesel fuel, and changes the container inclination angle to test.
(4) The measurement distance is determined by the material and thickness of the container. For special materials or test thickness greater than 6.0mm, it needs to be stated when ordering.

Scope of Application

Matters Needing Attention
1. The total length of the ultrasonic sensor transmission line is 8 meters by default, and the user cannot extend the wire length by himself.
2. When installing, ensure that the vehicle is parked on a flat road, and the height of the liquid level in the fuel tank is about 7cm.
3. When installing the ultrasonic sensor, you need to follow the installation instructions.
4. After refueling, the height change of the liquid level must be greater than 30mm, otherwise the oil level value will not be updated.
5. Test the alarm function, it will be effective after one minute after power on.
6. The higher the communication rate, the shorter the length of the signal line. When the communication rate is 9600bit/S, the length should be controlled within 8 meters, and when the communication rate is 128000bit/S, the length should be controlled within 3 meters as much as possible. Other rates depend on the communication conditions. Adjust between 3-8 meters.
