L02 Integrated Waterproof Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor
The sensor need to be attached to the bottom center of the container to detect its liquid level height, or attached to the side wall of the container to detect whether there is liquid in the container at the monitoring point.

The L02 liquid level sensor breaks through the traditional installation method of open can contact, and realizes the real non-contact measurement of the liquid level height, upper and lower limit alarms in the closed container. The sensor is installed directly below (bottom) of the container to be tested to detect the height of the liquid level. It can be installed on the outer wall of the container to be tested to determine whether there is liquid in the container at the monitoring point. It does not need to open a hole to the container to be tested. The installation is simple and can be realized. Online installation. It can accurately measure the level of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis and various pure liquids in high temperature and high-pressure airtight containers.

Remarks:
(1) The lower the power supply, the lower the current. The test current of 2.8V power supply for 1S duty cycle is 2.5mA.
(2) Under normal temperature, the blind zone of 1mm thick plastic container is 15mm, the blind zone of 1mm thick iron plate container is 40mm, and the blind zone of 2mm thickness steel container is 20mm. The size of the blind zone is related to the material and thickness of the container under test.
(3) 2mm thickness steel plate container at room temperature, the container is Φ160mm white PVC pipe test water data.
(4) The material and thickness of different containers will be different. The data obtained from the water test of a 2mm thick steel plate container at room temperature, S represents the current liquid level.
(5) The lower the liquid level, the smaller the measuring angle. 2mm thick steel plate at room temperature, the container is a Φ110mm white PVC pipe, and the liquid level is below 1000mm.

Scope of Application
(1)Real-time detection of liquid height in containers of dense materials such as steel, iron, glass, ceramics, and non-foamed plastics;
(2)Real-time detection of the level of pure single liquid or miscible mixed liquid without serious deposition;
(3)The shape of the measuring container is relatively regular, and the surface is relatively flat;

Matters Needing Attention
1. At room temperature, containers of different materials, such as steel, glass, iron, ceramics, non-foamed plastics and other dense materials, have different detection blind areas and detection limit heights.
2. For containers of the same material at room temperature, the detection blind zone and detection limit height are also different for the thickness of the container.
3. When the detected liquid level exceeds the effective detection value of the sensor, and the liquid level of the liquid to be measured shakes or tilts, the detected liqui3. d height value is unstable.
4. Please pay attention to the evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility when designing. Unreasonable system design may cause abnormal sensor function.
