Product Features
DYP-L07ultrasonic sensor features a food-grade material shell, ensuring safety in hygienic environments. It supports wide voltage power supply, operating at 3.3~12V, and offers a 1.5cm standard blind area (with a minimum product blind area of 0.8cm). The furthest detection range within 30cm~300cm can be set via commands. For output flexibility, it provides options like UART auto/controlled, PWM controlled, Switch TTL level, RS485, and IIC. The default baud rate is 115,200, adjustable to 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 57600, or 76800, with a response time as fast as 13ms for data output.
With 6 configurable algorithm modes—including liquid level sloth filtering, small step filtering, and high sensitivity—it adapts to diverse scenarios. Nine signal levels and 5 noise reduction levels (built-in noise reduction function) cater to different ranges, angles, and noisy power supplies (suitable for battery, USB, or switching power sources). Its IP67 waterproof structure and ultra-wide temperature design (-25°C to +65°C) enhance durability. The sensor also ensures strong installation adaptability and includes electrostatic protection on input/output interfaces, complying with IEC61000-4-2 standards.

Installation Suggestions
1. When installing the sensor, ensure that the transmitting surface of the transducer is parallel to the measured plane, so as to ensure that the sound waves emitted vertically to the surface of the measured object return with maximum energy to ensure maximum range stability and reliability;
2. In front of the sensor, it should be noted that except for the measured object, other objects should avoid the sensor testing range;
3. There is steam at the site of use and installation, and water droplets are easy to adhere to the surface of the probe, so try to avoid the influence of water droplets;
4. The installation and fixation of the sensor needs to avoid structural deformation, metal or other resonance, and avoid resistance components such as (elbows, valves, variable diameters).

2. Please pay attention to the evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility when designing. Unreasonable system design may cause abnormal module function;
