DYP-A06 integrated ultrasonic distance measurement module is a module that uses ultrasonic sensing technology for distance measurement. Module DYP-A06 car parking sensor has built-in high-precision ranging algorithm and power management program, with high ranging accuracy and low power consumption.
A06 integrated car parking ultrasonic sensor module has a variety of ranging modes and output modes to choose from, you can choose to measure the human body or flat objects, and the output can be set to high-level pulse width output, UART output (automatic or controlled) , Switch output.

Remarks:

(2) The measured object is the reference data obtained from the test of φ75mm×100cm white PVC pipe with a distance of 100cm.

Product Features
DYP-A06 ultrasonic car parking sensor features an intelligent signal processing circuit, ensuring a small blind area and long measuring distance. With a built-in high-precision ranging algorithm, its minimum error is less than 5mm. It offers a controllable measuring angle, high sensitivity, and strong anti-interference capability. The parking ultrasonic sensor integrates a true target recognition algorithm for high target recognition accuracy. Users can set a professional measurement mode to target human bodies or flat objects.
It supports multiple output modes, including high-level pulse width output, UART output, or switching values, ensuring interface adaptability. Equipped with an onboard temperature compensation function, it automatically corrects temperature deviations, enabling stable ranging from -15°C to +60°C. Designed for low power consumption, it has a quiescent current of less than 5μA and a measurement state current of less than 15mA under a 3.3V power supply.
Operating with a low voltage supply (3.3~5.0V), it includes electrostatic protection on output pins, complying with the IEC61000-4-2 standard, and maintains functionality within the temperature range of -15°C to +60°C.

Matters Needing Attention
1. Please pay attention to structural tolerances when designing. Unreasonable structural design may cause transient abnormalities in module functions.
2. Please pay attention to the electromagnetic compatibility evaluation when designing. Unreasonable system design may cause abnormal module function.
3. When the boundary application of the product limit parameter is involved, you can contact our FAE to confirm the relevant precautions.
Special Instruction
The module will set a threshold value at the factory, the default is 1.5 meters. The module performs distance measurement every 100ms. When the distance value of the detected target is less than the set threshold, the TX pin outputs high level and the RX pin outputs low level; the current detected distance value is greater than the set threshold Value, TX pin outputs low level, RX pin outputs high level. In order to improve the stability, the factory defaults that the distance value of the target detected for 3 consecutive times is less than the set threshold value. It is judged that the detected target distance is less than the set threshold value; the distance value of the target detected 5 consecutive times is greater than the set threshold value. The threshold value determines that the detected target distance is greater than the set threshold value. The TX and RX pins of the module only output high and low level signals and have no drive capability. If there are special requirements that need to modify the threshold or other settings, special instructions should be given when purchasing.
